Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI infrastructure, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the R&D initiatives for next-generation Neural Networks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and legal, to ensure ethical AI deployment.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from prototype to production deployment.
- Mentor and cultivate top-tier engineering talent within the organization.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI products at scale.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
