Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale machine learning pipelines, optimizing for performance and data throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and legal experts to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Identify emerging technologies and potential risks in the AI landscape, proposing strategic pivots to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the deployment of our core models, ensuring high availability and minimal latency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems that handle petabytes of data.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
