Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions with C-Suite executives and engineering leads.
- Evaluate and recommend new tech stacks and infrastructure scaling strategies.
- Drive innovation initiatives that result in tangible product improvements and market differentiation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our strategic position remains dominant.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizons) and executing on them.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
