In this pivotal role, you will drive the full lifecycle recruitment process, from identifying passive candidates to negotiating offers. You will partner with department heads to understand their technical needs and build a pipeline of world-class talent.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product roles.
- Sourcing and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure continuous hiring coverage.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stacks (e.g., Python, React, Node.js).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
