Responsibilities

- Lead a high-performance engineering team in the design and implementation of scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate with product management to translate '2026 Vision' concepts into actionable software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics, into existing legacy systems.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance to support enterprise growth.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentorship for junior developers and architects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in system architecture, specifically regarding AI/ML pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology initiatives and roadmapping for future releases (e.g., 2026 goals).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
