Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities to ensure optimal site health.
- Keyword Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive keyword research strategies to identify high-value opportunities and drive organic traffic growth.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to optimize on-page elements, ensuring alignment with search intent and user experience best practices.
- Link Building: Design and manage white-hat link building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve organic rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead of the curve and adapt our approach accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with web developers and designers to implement technical changes and improve site architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, canonicalization, redirects, and mobile optimization.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Content Knowledge: Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: A data-driven mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
