Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement responsive, user-friendly web applications using React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Component Library: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal UI component library to ensure design consistency and code reusability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, or Styled Components).
- State Management: Strong experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management solutions.
- Build Tools: Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and modern frontend build pipelines.
- Testing: Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
