- User Research: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on products and improve user engagement.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creativity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional product design experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with advanced prototyping skills.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing complex web applications and mobile experiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and front-end technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
