Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy to handle high-volume data streams in real-time.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest advancements in Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure model reliability and security.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Deep experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
