- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for 100+ employees annually
- Administer employee benefits programs with 99% compliance accuracy and 95% employee satisfaction
- Oversee HRIS data integrity and generate monthly analytics for leadership decision-making
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, resolving conflicts with 90% resolution rate
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with California labor laws and company culture
- Lead training programs for 50+ employees quarterly, focusing on compliance and development
- Manage compensation benchmarking and salary reviews with 10% annual merit budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR coordination experience in regulated industries
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification required (SHRM-SCP preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Workday and HR analytics tools
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws and EEOC regulations
- Proven track record in implementing successful employee engagement programs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence all organizational levels
