Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for 20+ departments including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and execute strategic onboarding programs with 95% retention rate
- Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Administer benefits enrollment, compliance, and annual open enrollment
- Lead HRIS data management and reporting using Workday and BambooHR
- Coordinate performance management processes and compensation reviews
- Ensure adherence to federal/state labor laws (EEOC, FLSA, ADA)
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives with measurable outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive HR coordination experience in high-growth environments
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP designation required
- Expert proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced knowledge of Arizona employment regulations and compliance
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing DEI initiatives with measurable impact
