Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 50+ employees across 5 departments
- Administer benefits enrollment, compliance documentation, and payroll processing
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs with 95% participation targets
- Lead onboarding initiatives for new hires, reducing time-to-productivity by 30%
- Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to federal/state labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Coordinate training programs aligned with company growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in coordination roles
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR)
- Expert knowledge of EEO, FMLA, and Texas labor laws
- Proven success in recruitment metrics and employee retention strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Project management experience with cross-functional teams
