Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Manage employee relations through proactive conflict resolution and policy implementation
- Oversee benefits administration including enrollment, compliance, and wellness initiatives
- Develop and maintain HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate performance management programs and training development initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Support compensation analysis and market benchmarking processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years progressive HR coordination experience in a high-growth environment
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proven experience implementing HR technology solutions
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters
