Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR programs for talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles across multiple departments
- Oversee compliance with federal and California labor regulations including EEO and ADA
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize retention strategies and workforce planning
- Lead cross-functional projects for organizational development and process improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in coordinator/specialist role
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws and HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR)
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision making
