Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for 150+ employees
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations (CO, FMLA, EEO)
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
- Coordinate benefits administration including open enrollment and wellness programs
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions on retention and engagement
- Lead training initiatives for leadership development and compliance training
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate insightful HR analytics reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with coordinator/specialist-level responsibilities
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-CP/SCP strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Proven experience with CO labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to navigate sensitive situations
- Project management experience with cross-functional initiatives
- Data analysis experience with HR metrics and reporting tools
