Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to define AI product requirements and roadmap.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to explore novel architectures and training methodologies.
- Implement robust MLOps strategies for model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
