Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art generative models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications and complex problem-solving.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low latency and high throughput using techniques like model quantization and distillation.
- Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and minimize hallucinations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate technical requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Ensure robust data governance, bias mitigation, and security compliance in all AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends to keep our technology stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and vector search algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and conduct high-quality code reviews.
