Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 challenges
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to inform corporate innovation strategy
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists in scenario planning and forecasting
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development cycles
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for innovation
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Published author or speaker at premier tech conferences
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred for global outreach
