Responsibilities
- Develop and lead 2026 scenario-planning frameworks using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Produce executive-level strategic white papers on exponential technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Design immersive foresight workshops for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional research teams in identifying paradigm shifts and black swan events
- Translate complex futures research into commercialization strategies for enterprise clients
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations and industry publications
- Oversee the development of proprietary foresight tools and AI-powered prediction engines
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic frameworks adopted by Fortune 100 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices, and causal layered analysis
- Exceptional data visualization skills with advanced command of Tableau/Power BI and Python/R
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Experience leading global research teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Security clearance eligibility for high-stakes government and defense consulting projects
