Responsibilities
- Forecast global technology and societal trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen products
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at major conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work in futures research or innovation thought leadership
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems
