Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and environmental shifts
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven foresight methodologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators affecting long-term planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in AI-driven predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic planning sessions
- Strong background in sustainability or climate resilience planning
