Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and annual strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Build and manage a network of domain experts and futurist communities
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global industry forums
- Integrate foresight outputs into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision initiatives
