Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and strategic recommendations
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers using advanced AI trend analysis tools
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry forecasts and scenario models
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong network of relationships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or MFML) highly desirable
