Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Architect cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
