- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 business landscapes

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at industry summits (CES, World Economic Forum)
- Maintain proprietary trend database using proprietary HorizonScan analytics platform
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and qualitative research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Proven track record of delivering trend reports adopted by Fortune 500 organizations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario development frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
