Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation accelerators
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining thought leadership in futurist communities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent professional development
