Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping 3-5 year technological, societal, and market disruptions
- Develop and maintain Horizon's Future Intelligence Framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Design immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Author quarterly Future State Briefs with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated 2026+ challenges
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
