This role combines deep analytical rigor with creative storytelling to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies.
As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research teams, and global partners to decode technological convergence points, societal shifts, and disruptive opportunities. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investments and shape how organizations navigate the next decade of transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing initiatives
- Build and maintain proprietary databases of innovation signals and breakthrough research
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation in high-stakes environments
