Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis using AI-powered tools and qualitative research
- Design scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and innovation teams
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating blockchain, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend reports, innovation roadmaps, and executive briefings
- Mentor junior futurists and collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders across global markets
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 foresight accuracy rate >75%
