Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market disruptions and opportunities through 2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for organizational decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact scenario plans and trend reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipeline with strategic vision
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
