Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership with future-facing focus
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
