Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic vision roadmap for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize future-facing opportunities

- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological uncertainties
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused analyses
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
