Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with data-driven recommendations
- Identify emerging technologies requiring strategic investment or mitigation
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Advise leadership on future-proofing business models and talent ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or technology domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML trend modeling tools
