Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy across emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and designers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and geopolitical shifts to identify future market opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a cohort of next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to global implementation
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, FPFS)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
