Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map 3-5 year technological, societal, and market trends
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for scenario planning and risk assessment
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations translating complex foresight into actionable strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional command of quantitative data analysis and qualitative research techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects driving measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
