Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future scenarios and paradigm shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation initiatives
