Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Architect strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) with commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business opportunities for Fortune 500 clients
- Author industry-defining white papers on future workforce transformations and ethical AI
- Mentor next-generation innovators through Horizon's Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or relevant technical field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic risk modeling
- Deep technical knowledge across AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and boards
