What You'll Do: Lead horizon-scanning initiatives, identify disruptive technologies, and develop strategic roadmaps that position us as industry pioneers. Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA while fostering a culture of radical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Author trend reports and scenario analyses for board-level presentations
- Lead prototype development of future-facing business models and ventures
- Maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight into all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-cultural, distributed innovation teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
