Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion emerging technologies through internal hackathons and proof-of-concept projects
- Author quarterly foresight reports for investors and partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience building and leading innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends
