Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to prepare the organization for 2026's technological and societal shifts
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business transformation
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Design innovation pipelines that turn futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Present visionary recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven analysis
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
