Responsibilities
- Anticipate and decode global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 2026+ strategic vision
- Develop disruptive innovation frameworks and roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through strategic pilot programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed products/services launched
