Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and technological convergence patterns to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate resilience strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed foresight into product roadmaps

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies

- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
