Responsibilities

- Create quantitative and qualitative future-state models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Champion organizational adoption of agile innovation frameworks
- Lead patent development for breakthrough concepts in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA with specialization
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
