Responsibilities

- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Champion cross-functional implementation of future-proof strategies in product development, market entry, and operational resilience
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and think tanks to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Oversee the creation of scenario-planning models to quantify risks and opportunities in exponential change environments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and monetizing emerging trends (provide 3+ case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive-level narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, CFS) or equivalent professional development
