Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for predictive analytics systems
- Lead development of next-gen human-computer interfaces using brain-computer technology
- Architect scalable frameworks processing petabytes of real-time sensor data
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies and research methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and tensor network simulations
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems processing >1TB data/day
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and neural interface protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on advanced computational systems
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and bi-directional brain-computer interfaces
- Certification in quantum hardware architecture from recognized institutions
- Strong background in ethical AI development and regulatory compliance
