Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing solutions that are scalable for the next 5 years.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
