Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops to simulate future market disruptions and opportunities
- Author high-impact white papers on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future consumer needs
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, climate risks, and socio-economic indicators for strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems dynamics modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
