Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
