Responsibilities

- Produce strategic reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in leading journals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or societal transformation
