Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026+ impact
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global innovation ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technological investments with future market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or recognized speaker on technology forecasting topics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
